DEFINITIONS
For this Privacy Policy, the following definitions will have the following meanings:
“Operator” means the owner of the website https://advsoft.store/, Azat Bairammuratovich Garrybaev, duly registered following the legislation of the Russian Federation as an individual entrepreneur (OGRNIP: 321774600733399, TIN: 772146734100).
“Buyer” shall mean an individual who orders or purchases Products, or wishes to order or purchase Products and has accepted this Agreement-Offer and the terms of the Related Documents.
“Products” means electronic activation keys (a key of the form XXXXX – XXXXX – XXXXX – XXXXX) for software, including, but not limited to, operating systems, office software, and antiviruses.
“Online Store” – the website https://advsoft.store/ on the Internet.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, storage, and use of information that allows identifying the Buyer (hereinafter – “Personal Data”), necessary to purchase Products in the online store.
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Agreement-Offer.
COLLECTED AND PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
When buying the Products under the terms of the Contract-Offer, the Buyer provides the Operator with the following personal data:
name;
e-mail address;
cell phone number.
PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The Buyer’s personal data is collected, processed, stored, and used to perform the Operator’s obligations under the Contract-Offer.
Also, the Operator has the right to send the Buyer notifications about new products and special offers. The Buyer can always refuse to receive information messages by sending an e-mail to the Operator at support@advsoft.store marked “Refusal of notifications about new products and special offers”.
GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The operator processes the Buyer’s personal data only if they are filled in by the Buyer himself through a special form when placing an order in the online store. By filling out the appropriate form and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent to this Privacy Policy.
PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTING, STORING, TRANSFERRING, AND OTHER PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Safety of Personal Data, which the Operator processes, is ensured by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures, necessary for fulfilling in full the requirements of applicable legislation in the field of protection of personal data under the applicable law.
The Operator shall ensure the security of Personal Data and shall take all possible measures to prevent access to Personal Data by unauthorized persons.
If any inaccuracies in the Personal Data are identified, the Buyer may update the Personal Data on its own by sending a notice to the Operator’s e-mail address support@advsoft.store, marked “Updating of Personal Data”.
The Buyer hereby expressly consents to the collection, processing, storage, and use of its Personal Data by the Operator by all means and for all purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including, but not limited to, this Privacy Policy Section, and the disclosure of Personal Data following this Privacy Policy.
The Operator may from time to time engage third parties to perform certain functions for the Operator, such as hosting or operating the Online Store, receiving and processing payments made by the Buyer for payments in the Online Store, sending e-mails, conducting research on user behavior, and performing other functions. The Buyer hereby gives explicit consent to the Operator to share its Personal Data with such third parties to perform such functions, and to disclose the Personal Data to such parties, if and when necessary.
In some cases, the Buyer’s Personal Data may be processed by the Operator for payment for purchases in the online store. The Buyer hereby gives the Operator explicit consent to process any Personal Data that may be obtained in the course of such transactions and to share the Personal Data between the Operator and third parties, such as payment service providers and banks, for the execution of their payment requests.
The period of processing of Personal Data is unlimited. The Buyer may withdraw its consent to the processing of Personal Data at any time by sending a notice by e-mail to the Operator’s e-mail address support@advsoft.store, marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of Personal Data”.
ACTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW AND OTHER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Notwithstanding that the Operator treats the Personal Data as confidential and does not and will not disclose them to third parties without the Buyer’s prior consent or following the Buyer’s consent given in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the Operator reserves the right to disclose the Personal Data to third parties at its sole discretion and without obtaining the Buyer’s prior consent and without notifying the Buyer in case the following special circumstances occur
If it appears that the Buyer or the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that the Buyer is in breach of the Contract-Offer;
If such disclosure of the Personal Data is required for the Operator to perform its duties under the applicable law;
CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Before the transborder transfer of Personal Data, the Operator shall ensure that the foreign country, to the territory of which the transfer of Personal Data is intended to take place, provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
A cross-border transfer of Personal Data to foreign countries that do not meet the aforementioned requirements may take place only if the personal data subject consents in writing to the cross-border transfer of his/her personal data, and/or performance of the agreement, to which the personal data subject is a party.
APPLICABLE LAW
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the Russian Federation.

The Buyer may obtain any explanations on questions of interest concerning the processing of Personal Data by contacting the Operator by e-mail at support@advsoft.store.
This Privacy Policy is valid indefinitely until a new version is adopted.
